Terms of Service

Last updated July 2, 2026

This is a template and has not yet been reviewed by counsel — treat it as a good-faith starting point, not a final legal document, until it has.

The service

govern.sh provides identity, permission, budget, and audit infrastructure for AI agents. By creating an account you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and any policies you configure within it.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the agents, policies, and tool connections you configure, and for safeguarding the API keys and agent private keys you generate — we cannot recover a private key once it's been shown to you.

Service availability

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA outside of a negotiated Enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance and incidents, when they occur, are not currently backed by a public status page — that's on our roadmap, not something we'll claim ahead of building it.

Termination

You may stop using govern.sh and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform (including rate-limit evasion or attempts to access another workspace's data).
